The day I was to move in there were cops there. When they came out they had mentioned that someone had a unit broken into. I became hesitant but the more I talk to them I realized that it was extremely rare and hasn't happened in many many years. They themselves told me it was a very safe place and recommended it highly. So hopefully they're right, that's the kind of advice I trust. The manager was extremely helpful and open about it all, and it seemed to be targeted to one unit which happened to be right across from mine. I even talked to that tenant and she said that it's never happened and they had been there a long time. So my trust is in their hands and I feel comfortable with that.

I reserved my unit with SpareFoot and the gentlemen was friendly. The property manager Karen, was awesome and took time to show me where the unit was located and to make sure that my moving truck would be able to get to the unit. Best price in town!!
